Shipping policy

We will make every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped within 3 working days, in order to provide you with freshly roasted, delicious beans.

Orders will be shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

In the event where there are issues with shipping methods, we will reach out to you in order to discuss further.

Due to items that are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the customer to discuss further options such as a revised delivery date or refund.

Please reach out to us at angelo@prestigeorganic.com.au if you have any issues with an item you have received from us. Please include your order number within the email, which you will be able to find within your order confirmation email from us. Our team will be in contact with you within 1 business day to arrange a return or refund. Please ensure you get into contact with our team within 10 days of the item purchase.
